OK! OK! What should I do?

Instead of coffee and sugar, cokes and soft drinks; try orange juice, milk, diet soda, saccharine.

Insted of danish, donuts, and desserts; try cheese and crackers, nuts, fresh fruits.

Instead of cereal with sugar, toast or muffins with jam; try eggs, cottage cheese, peanut butter.

Your teeth and gums will be healthier ... and the rest of you will be, too!
