We always accept new patients into our practice and welcome your friends and relatives. Your referral is the greatest compliment you can give us and is greatly appreciated.

Appointments

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your desire to change or cancel an appointment. If you are scheduled for a Monday, we would appreciate being contacted the previous Friday morning. When you are in the office for routine dental hygiene visits, we encourage you to pre-appoint your next visit to reserve those highly desirable early morning or late appointments.

Payment Options

All major forms of insurance are acceptable. We also accept major credit cards and personal checks. Our staff will estimate your insurance coverage at each visit and ask you to pay the difference and your co-pay each time. Please understand that this is an estimate only and if there is an additional balance due after the insurance claim is paid, we will bill you for the difference.
