Smile line periodontal treatment

Often a smile looks less than perfect because the gum line on the front teeth is uneven. With very a very minor procedure, the gum line can be restored to a natural and esthetic appearance

Bonding

Bonding is a cosmetic procedure that involves attaching a tooth colored material to a tooth. This process can cover stains, close spaces between teeth and repair chipped or cracked teeth. Bonding usually lasts from 3 to 5 years and can usually be completed in one visit.

Tooth Whitening (Bleaching)

Bleaching teeth is one of the fastest and most popular ways to brighten a smile. The procedure, which can be completed in the office or at home, can bring up the color of your teeth from 5 to 8 shades (somewhat less if teeth are gray or brown due to tetracycline staining) and will last for months or years depending on how well you take care of your teeth and if you avoid coffee and other staining agents.

Porcelain Veneers

Veneers are thin custom-made shells that are custom made to cover the front of your teeth. Veneers can make teeth appear whiter, wider, longer, straighter and more symmetrical. They can cover permanent stains and repair chips and cracks. A small amount of the surface enamel is removed and impressions taken. When the veneer is completed, it is attached to the tooth with a bonding material. The procedure usually takes a couple of visits but is the best way to achieve a fantastic smile.

Patient had multiple decayed old restorations and missing teeth in the back. The bite was collapsed. The bite was corrected with crowns and bridges on the back teeth. Porcelain veneers were placed on the front teeth and back teeth were crowned and missing teeth were replaced. Cosmetic periodontal treatment was completed to make the gums healthier and improve appearance.

Tooth Colored Restorations

Old metal fillings that stain and darken your back teeth can be replaced with composite or ceramic materials that are selected to match the color of your natural teeth. These restorations not only look better but are kind to your opposing teeth, wear more like natural enamel and improve the strength of teeth. These tooth colored materials can be used to replace fillings as well as old crowns.

Metal-free bridges

Modern ceramic materials can be used to produce beautiful tooth replacements for the front teeth. Older style bridges often begin to show a metal line around the gum line as they age but now with state-of-the-art materials and bonding techniques these unsightly dark metal bands can be replaced with restorations that are strong and look like natural teeth.

Invisible braces

Invisalign is the invisible way to straighten teeth without metal bands and wires. Because there are no metal wires and brackets, Invisalign orthodontic appliances are comfortable and esthetic. And because they are removable, you can brush and floss and still eat your favorite foods. Best of all, you can smile, smile, smile!
